A Basic Overview of HACCP based on SANS 10330: 2020 Transition Course

This workshop provides an overview of the changes from the SANS 10330: 2007 to the SANS 10330: 2020, which is the new South African HACCP standard.

The new requirements that have been added and general changes will be discussed including requirements for SANS 10330:2020 certification.

This course is not recommended for learners who are not familiar with the SANS 10330: 2007 based HACCP standard.

The course has 3 modules and a short written assessment.

The learner will complete an assessment at the end of the course and receive a certificate of completion.

  • In addition, delegates found competent will receive a certificate of completion.
  • Delegates have the opportunity to interact and ask questions.

MATERIALS INCLUDED

  • Certificate of completion will be couriered to the delegate. A certificate is only issued if the learner pass the assessment. The pass rate is 70%. 
  • 30 Minute theoretical assessment at the end of the course.
