
Food Safety Practices for Food Handlers (FS02)
This course is recommended if you are new to the food and beverage industry or new to basic food safety requirements. All food handling businesses are legally required by Regulation R638 to have an effective food safety system in place. This includes food safety training for the person in charge as well as all food handlers.
This course is specifically designed for all food handlers, not in key positions, in a food-handling environment.
