I did my ISO 22000: 2018 course with ASC Consultancy during one of the toughest times that the world is currently facing (Covid19) and yet not even a single moment did I feel unsafe. The environment was safe and conducive for learning, the course information was well outlined and easy to understand. Mr. Nkosi has excellent knowledge and has with great patience carried over said knowledge to his students. I felt at ease in class and questions were encouraged throughout the course. Assessments were fair and work place assessments gave you the chance to implement the information gained. Our company also made use of ASC Consultants for our internal audits, the auditors were qualified and didn’t hesitate to give a clear reflection of where our weaknesses and strengths lay. They also worked with me to close out findings and thoroughly prepare for annual audits. Advise was always just a phone call away even in panicking moments and sometimes early mornings. ASC Consultants undertook a food safety consultancy assignment at Chicory SA and assisted with high quality training interventions and the implementation of the Food Safety Management System based on ISO 22000:2018. In 2020, we achieved our first food safety certification (ISO 22000 certification)
