Food Safety Culture (FS32)
The course delivers an excellent explanation of food safety culture, practical tools to improve food safety culture and practical examples of how food safety culture can improve company performance.
The course consists of practical examples using the ASC template. This will enable learners to implement the food safety culture best practises in their respective work environments. The template will enable organisations to have a GFSI aligned measure or criteria for food safety culture and track its relevance and workplace implementation.
